Leading the technical direction of a multi-tenant SaaS platform. The theme of the role is removing the things that slow a product company down: a codebase too tangled to change safely, customer onboarding that costs a day of engineering time, and repetitive work that should never have needed a person.

• Lead junior engineers and own delivery of platform capabilities, so features ship on a predictable schedule instead of depending on one person being available.
• Broke a legacy monolith into modular services, so teams release independently and a change in one area stops being a risk to everything else.
• Brought AI-assisted workflows into internal systems, cutting the time engineers spend on repetitive work and shortening the path from request to release.
• Built multi-tenant CI/CD pipelines across VPS, AWS and other clouds - standing up a new customer environment is now a pipeline run rather than a manual day of setup.
• Designed dynamic onboarding flows that removed manual provisioning steps, so new customers reach their first working day faster and support is not the bottleneck.
• Wrote the architecture documentation and ran knowledge-sharing sessions, so the platform is understood by the team rather than by a single engineer.

Owned two things customers judge a business platform on - whether it reaches people, and whether it counts their hours correctly - plus the payment and identity integrations everything else depended on.

• Built the communication layer across email, push, SMS and WhatsApp, so the product reaches customers on the channel they actually read instead of the one that was easiest to code.
• Delivered a multi-branch, multi-device attendance engine feeding payroll - late arrivals, leave and overtime handled by configurable rules, replacing manual timesheet reconciliation and the disputes that come with it.
• Integrated SSLCommerz, Stripe, Twilio and Google OAuth, so customers can pay locally or internationally and sign in without another password to forget.
• Made platform behaviour configurable rather than hard-coded, so a customer-specific rule became a settings change instead of a risky release.
• Worked directly with product and frontend teams to shape APIs before they were built, which removed a whole class of late rework.

Moved from executing tickets to shaping systems: sitting with leadership while requirements were still vague, turning them into an architecture, and staying accountable for the result across several products.

• Translated business goals from leadership into system designs that could grow, so early decisions did not become the ceiling six months later.
• Led junior developers and owned features from requirement to production across multiple projects, keeping delivery moving on more than one product at a time.
• Introduced reusable components and shared layers, which cut duplicated effort and made later features cheaper to build across the studio's projects.
• Improved deployment and environment handling, so releases stopped being the part of the week people worried about.
• Took part in architecture discussions and resolved live production issues, shortening the time between a customer noticing something and it being fixed.

Django application work with a deliberate bias toward building things once and reusing them - the habit that made later projects cheaper.

• Built and maintained Django applications alongside a set of shared components other projects could adopt straight away.
• Raised code quality through common abstractions and agreed standards, reducing the bugs that come from five slightly different versions of the same logic.
• Automated parts of deployment and environment setup, removing manual steps that were easy to get wrong under time pressure.

Built the incubator's own platform while advising the startups inside it - a fast education in shipping something useful while the requirements change every week.

• Built and ran the organisation's platform for startup programmes and events, replacing scattered manual coordination with one system participants and staff could both use.
• Worked directly with the people using the product to improve it, so changes were driven by observed friction rather than assumptions.
• Helped partner startups get their first working product out and advised on backend architecture, so their early choices did not become expensive later.
• Delivered continuously against requirements that changed weekly, which is where I learned to design for change instead of resenting it.
